at 4:15pm the sun reached the sensors, max temperature in the shade: about 38 C, max temperature under direct sun light: 49.2 C

two sensors were used, one temperature sensor and the other is a temperature and humidity sensor, notice that there's only a slight difference between the two, showing the high accuracy of Pico's sensors.
